The condition of the records is good, some wear and light scratching. The outer case, like a booklet holds the 4 records in their sleeves and is in very good condition. Born Dorothy Sims, Dorothy Shay April 11, 1921-October 22, 1978 was a popular comedic artist from the late 1940's and early 1950's. She later became a character actress. She was known as the "Park Avenue Hillbillie" for her rural southern accent while dressed as a sophisticated urbanite. She was also the 1st female artist to have a number 1 album on the Billboard chart.
