The Doctor's Nano-Recorder from the Impossible Astronaut.  Series 6.  Lights, Sound effects & Ten Second Voice Recorder.  Nano-chip injection sequence [simulated] with sound effect.  Prime the nano-recorder and the lights will flash.  Pull the trigger to fire the nano-recorder and hear the injection sound effect.  Record your message then pull out the chamber to reveal the glowing chip and prime it for injection. To Record:  1. Press and Hold Button until you hear the "beep". 2. Speak your message. 3. Release button to end the message. (max 10 seconds).   To Replay the message:  Pull trigger twice or press the record button once.
Requires 2 AAA batteries (not included).
"The Doctor's Nano-recorder" (more accurately, the injector pistol which implants nano-recorders) was released as a toy by Character Options.  Nano-recorders were personal speech-recording and transmission devices used by the Eleventh Doctor and his companions. They were small devices implanted in the palms of the users' hands, fusing itself with the cartilage there.
