DirectTV HR44-200 HD DVR Receiver w/Access Card, remote, power cord &

Up for sale is a DirectTV HR44-200 HD DVR Receiver w/Access Card, remote, power cord & HDMI cable. Working as of earlier today. When DirecTV lost the NFL package they lost this customer. As noted above, this includes the receiver, card, remote control, power cord and HDMI cable. When I was disconnecting this DVR I also found a DirecTV Power inserter Model P121R3-16 which has an attached power supply & two cable coxial cables. Not sure if this was needed or what it was for.
Not sure how this works without a subscription.
