The RCA AV to HDMI adapter is used for up converting the analog video to 1080p or 720p HDMI format so your analog video output from DVD or VHS player, video camera, camcorder, game console  will be recorded in 720p or 1080p quality depending on your selection.

Stand Alone HDMI Video Recorder
This digital video recorder has H.264 hardware encoder built in, which can compresses digital video file very efficiently, using much less(1/3) of the space what MPEG-2 DVD file takes.

HDMI or DVI inputs from 640x480 to 1920x1080 pixels or from 480p to 1080p can be recorded into USB drive of user's choice.

Users can use this HD DVR for recording HDMI or DVI output from computer, PS4, CCTV DVR or other HD devices into digital files for education, training, tutorial, presentation or entertainment purpose.
[Note]: This device will not allow recording of HDMI content with HDCP encrypted from commercial sources such as Blu-ray player, HD cable box, etc. Users may use RCA video output, if available, from such video source for video recording.
