Deluxe Talkboy Cassette Recorder

Up for your consideration is this vintage Tiger Electronics Deluxe TalkBoy. Comes with the cassette tape as well. The battery cover is missing and the recorder does not power on. When tested, the cassette recorder played sounds for about 10 seconds before stopping. The batteries installed were new, so there may be an issue with the terminals. There is some corrosion on the battery terminals which can be seen in the close up photo. The recorder could be potentially repaired, but I am selling it as is.
