Answer：Make sure that the built-in sound card/external sound card and amplifier are working properly and all the audio cable are plugged in correctly and firmly. 2.The recorded sound is not loud enough.
Answer：Use a extra 48V phantom power to get enough power,and a sound card could be used to get a better sound. 3.The background noise is awful.
Answer：Put the microphone away from the amplifier or speaker to prevent recording noise.Make sure the head of  microphone is not covered by hand or something else.
