On first glance, it would appear to be a mis-press with one of the labels being wrong, but each side plays correctly as labeled: Bing Crosby and Carol Richards  Silver Bells Andrews Sisters  I'd Like To Hitch a Ride with Santa Claus Though not marked as a promo (other than the "Please play this side" label sticker, covered by a library number sticker), the hybrid probably was only sent out to radio stations for airplay -- this item coming from the record library of WGN in Chicago.
