BESSIE SMITH THE WORLD'S GREATEST BLUES SINGER 1970 Double LP

I am listing quite a few LPs from a very nice collection.  My goal is to make some space!  I am not listing any records in the collection that are not EX or above in condition.  I will be listing them all as EX because I don't want to get into a discussion of whether a disc is MINT, or just NEAR MINT, if you know what I mean.  Most of these are easily in that area and I will try to point out details of any record that is not arguably better than EX.  This collection in particular is a good example of my own M.O. in buying records for myself or to sell.  I look in particular at the turntable of the previous owner which tells me how much he or she was invested in treating their collection and then at a deeper level and VERY importantly at how much microscopic wear and tear the vinyl was exposed to.  Think about how much of the Classical music records of the world were played on Console units where the "needle" was akin to a 10 penny nail!! Many of those records will look MINT or MINTY but in the grooves there can be devastation.   The gentleman who owned these records had a $10K turntable (that I wanted SO badly but did not end up with) which tells me that he took care of his records, that his turntable took care of his records and that even when he purchased used records, he examined them and maybe paid attention to their background as I try to do. I can't say this about Every collection I have, but I can about this one in particular. This is a copy of BESSIE SMITH The World's Greatest Blues Singer. Columbia GP 33.   Double album.  Stereo/Quadraphonic.  Viny l is EX+++, Sleeve shows only very light shelf wear.
