Item is in great condition. Vinyl never played.  Slight wear on a couple corners of the outer sleeve.

This record is from my personal collection. I am looking to downsize.  It was purchased directly from distributor, not second hand.
I store my records in anti-static inner sleeves.  If the original sleeve contained any writing or artwork, it remains with the record.  If it was a plain, standard inner sleeve, it was discarded.  Protective outer sleeve also used for storage.
Record will ship in both protective sleeves in a record mailer with additional cardboard inserts via USPS Media Mail.
I am a hobbyist, not a professional.  Any comments on condition are based on visual observation only.
