Near exact replica of Avengers # 4, but there is no cover price or issue # and Golden Record ad on back cover. 4A does not include the record. "Captain America Joins the Avengers!" Script by Stan Lee, pencils by Jack Kirby, inks by George Roussos. Roster includes: Thor, Giant-Man, Wasp, Iron Man and Captain America. Rick Jones and Sub-Mariner appearances. First modern appearances of Captain America and Bucky. First appearance (shadowed cameo of face) of the first Baron Zemo. Kirby/Roussos cover.
