I did not wind nor did I check to see if it keeps time. The hands remove easily as I did when showing insides. May need need a good going over, but it appears in "good condition" inside. I see pendulum is held on with a safety pin. Handle included. Because of age and need for service - sold for parts/repair. Heavy at approx. 22.5 pounds. Measures approx. 23.5" H x 13" W x 7" D.
