Comes exactly as you see it pictured here. Unfortunately I don't really have a way to fully test this to see if every function on it is working correctly. I can tell you that it's powering up, the lights on the meters are turning on and the wheels are spinning. Other than that there's not much else I can tell you so I will be selling this one in Untested condition.
