The only thing wrong with it is the reset button snapped off, I don't have the skills to fix that, maybe you do.  Everything is still functional, thou needs reassembly.  I even have the reset button.  Fix it, use it for its parts.  Worked great for over a year until the reset button broke.  I bought another one to replace it, solar batteries never went dead.   Batteries not included.
