Shipping/Local Pick-up: Orders will be shipped within 24-Hours after payment clears excluding weekends & holidays. Tracking numbers are added to every customer's order upon shipment. Tracking Status can be checked at, “My Pricetronic”. Listings valued at $100+ will require insurance to ship. Listings valued at over $500 require a signature confirmation and insurance to ship. For local pick-up, please message us after placing your order to schedule a time. We will only ship to addresses that are registered with Pricetronic. If the product you receive is in a different condition than the images in the listing when you receive it or your package looks like it's been tampered with, please take photos & contact us right away. Payments: Sales tax will be charged based on billing/shipping address if applicable. Returns: Return/Exchange/Defective items must be detected within 30 business days of the date you received it. In case of return or exchange or refund, please contact us for an return material authorization (RMA) number before shipping back. We will not accept returns without a valid RMA number. Items that are sold ‘as-is’ or ‘for parts/not working’ cannot be returned because the item ‘does not work’. If you receive a used product that was tested and have any issues with it, let us know so we can resolve the matter. All returns are inspected before a refund is processed. Refunds are processed within 48 hours of a return being delivered. If the product is returned damaged, missing parts, not in the same condition as it was sent, a deduction up to 50% may be applied.
