We have had a few email questions asking if these are "real" gold records. Although not a official award, these records are processed with the same plating method as the award records you see in places like Hard Rock Cafe, Rock N' Roll museums, a Rock Stars living room, etc. It has a bright, shiny (mirror like), cartwheel effect, glow that is a real eye catcher when you walk into a room.
